Filoil EcoOil Sports held its 15th Season of FilOil EcoOil Preseason Cup last July 23 to August 27, 2022 at Filoil EcoOil Centre in San Juan City. The annual tournament is a collegiate preseason basketball event in the Philippines joined by universities and colleges from the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).

The cup was divided into Group A & B with the following elimination standings:
